Truth

Truth – (1) the body of real things, events, and facts : actuality (2) the state of being the case : fact (3) a judgment, proposition, or idea that is true or accepted as true truths of thermodynamics

Truth is a powerful thing. Truth has its own reality and life, just as it can create one.

Truth can divide families or bring families together.

Truth can begin friendships or end them.

Truth can change a life or take one.

Truth can cause war or bring peace.

Truth can be Heaven or Hell.

Truth can be ugly or beautiful; it all depends on the eyes of the interpreter.

That is one thing I love about truth, it will always remain whether a person believes it or not. I don’t care how much a person tries to change truth or even fight to defend a lie it will go back to what it is, the truth.

Many would die for the truth, just as a person would die to protect a lie. It all depends on what they deem necessary to live the truth.

Great strength is needed to stand for truth. I am not talking about someone’s version of it, I am talking about what is real, evident, present, and right in one’s face.

The ultimate thing is that truth can make you free because it takes a lot to live a lie. The only way a person can be free is if they are willing to see, accept, or believe, the truth and make decisions conducive to it.

In the time whence we live, “Truth” has become a battlefield. The way to survive is to hold fast to the truth and do not let go.

What most people thought was true is shedding, and the costume is being removed to show a different reality.

So, there are some decisions to be made here.

Is it truth or will there be consequences?

Time will tell.

What is wrong?

It all begins with an idea.

Research shows that people who live more authentically are prone to greater psychological well-being. Greater mental health generally equates to greater physical health, too. Anything that takes us away from who we truly are and who we are meant to be in this world has the potential to create immense stress in our bodies as we are denying our true creative expression of our authentic selves. When one cannot live from this true place of authenticity, then stress is often created in our minds and bodies. This stress may be subconscious at first (since it likely started from a young age), but it eventually builds over time, resulting in mental and physical imbalances that can show up as anxiety, depression, chronic anger, fatigue, stomach disturbances, and chronic illness.

Who are You?

Each of us enters the world possessing an innate, core, a true self. Each one of us is an “original model,” and as such we all have unique gifts to offer to the world (R. Mandeville, 2019).

I believe man was born into this world a clean slate. Over my lifetime I have observed different characteristics of children.

  •  Some children take sticks or whatever tool is available and constantly beat on any and everything in sight creating music to their ears but unlearned children’s noise to others.

  • Some children dance anywhere, everywhere, and have an inborn love for music with a sense of internal coordination to go along with it. Some children want to comb anybody and everybody’s hair. They just love hair and especially cannot stay out of their own.

  •  How about the children who love changing clothes and wearing adult shoes? They seem to have a natural affection for garments and can layer them fashionably. I love to see kids wearing their favorite boots no matter the season with the outfit to match as their mom says, “they picked out the ensemble all by themselves.”

  •  What about the rough and rugged kids who tackle and wrestle everyone in the house? I always felt sorry for the youngest sibling.

  • What about the kid who collects every dinosaur and the books to go along with them? Let’s not forget about the kids who carry paper, pencils, crayons, markers, and books, with them all the time (That was my child).

Could it be they were telling those around them who they really are?

Conversations like this reveal quite a bit. This conversation could be about any hobby or interest. The real question is, what made such a talent become something of the past?
