Let’s Go Deeper is the second part of the series, I Thought I Knew You. The first part entitled Missing the Red Flags of a Narcissist was inspired by a blog I wrote while healing from previous relationships with narcissists. In this book we will take a deeper look into narcissism. Included are pieces of my personal story of narcissistic abuse, neglect, and abandonment. I am a firm believer in journaling while reading. There are spaces in this book to write thoughts, discoveries, and anything that will help to heal.
